HOW WE WORK

Experiential Enterprise™ is a solution-focused method which brings to light the hidden dynamics of a system. Its origins are in the therapeutic Family Constellation work that arose from the work of Jacob Moreno, Virginia Satir and Iván Böszörményi-Nagy, was developed by Bert Hellinger in Germany 30 years ago, and is now well established world wide.

We offer two types of sessions:

Bespoke session

We have a first meeting for an hour at your premises where we discuss your issues and answer any questions you may have. Depending on the outcome we will then work alone with the CEO or business leader and/or Team and Department Managers to reveal what is really happening – to spray-paint the Elephant in the Boardroom as it were.

This unveiling will either resolve the issues themselves or enable leaders to work on their own solutions armed with new perspectives. We also provide a coaching service to enable and support this happening.

Group session

Group sessions usually take place at our premises in South West London. Each group comprises up to 12 people from different organisations, three or four of whom are business leaders who bring an issue to work on, and are often accompanied by their Coach or HR Director. As with bespoke sessions Experiential Enterprise™ will bring clarity to what is really happening which will lead to resolution in one way or another.
